The “vision” management in school learning consists of procedural committees that are “not obsessed” with administrative routine and maintaining the status quo, committees whose overwhelming passion is directed at enabling young people, by overlooking their racist stereotypes, to achieve the required learning and build the personal, social, scientific and professional future that they are satisfied with for themselves. In any case, program management committees can be formed considering the following cadres:
“Learning Vision” Program Preparation Committee
The current committee, with a description of the responsibilities expected of its members, can include the following sample:
1- A specialized delegate from the central education administration.
2- A specialist in educational planning or curricula.
3- Academic specialists in school subjects.
4- A specialist in educational psychology.
5- A specialist in communication and information technology.
6- A delegate or a competent teacher from each school participating in the “vision” program.
7- Two students from each school participating in the program.
8- Parents of students – fathers, mothers or siblings.
9- Others as needed.
The steering committee for the “Learning Vision” program and assessing its suitability and effectiveness for achievement and building the future
The current committee, with a description of the responsibilities expected from its members, may include the following sample:
1- Program implementation specialist: Chairman, and his responsibilities may be carried out in the event of his unavailability by an outstanding senior teacher whose academic qualifications are not less than a master’s degree and his practical experience is three years.
2- Educational assessment and survey studies specialist: A leader participating in implementing the “program”.
3- Planning specialist
4- Development specialist
5- Official administrator: A director of daily transactions for implementing the “program”.
6- One or more specialists in human, educational and material support services, including educational materials, means, facilities and equipment.
9- A competent representative from each school participating in the program
10- A competent teacher in the prescribed academic subject.
11- One or more students: listeners, and participants when needed.
12- Training specialist: A leader who directs the training of teachers and other “program” cadres.
13- General coordinator of “program” implementation communications.
14- One or more representatives of parents/mothers: observers and participants when needed.
15- Representative of local legal entities in the community whenever needed.
16- Supervision/guidance specialist: A leader who participates in surveying the diverse school and local climates.
