ABSTRACT
The lifestyles, work and future of man have changed radically due to information and communication technology and the entry into the era of open cyberspace with the beginning of the twenty-first century.. which has led to the goals, needs, capabilities and educational and life activities of this man being liberated from the limited areas of the earth to other open digital horizons that are endless.

To enable the youth to achieve individual and institutional goals and needs, and to succeed in dealing with continuous technological developments, and in developing their roles as active civil citizens in their local and contemporary global communities, schools are expected to transform into educational institutions without failure by:

• Liberation from considering the teacher as the focus of the educational process, to students who are truly concerned with the goals, content, procedures and results of education since its official launch organized by Plato’s Academy in 387 BC.

• Abandoning its excessive collectivism in favor of:

o Private education for hundreds of thousands of students with IQs above 130 as well as their peers with IQs below 90, in addition to others with special cognitive, sensory and physical needs.

o Following up on large numbers of dropouts from school for social, economic or emotional reasons, general or specific to their inclinations towards the teacher, peers, curricula or school environment, and making objective efforts and plans for their return to school learning.

o Fair distribution of education by not focusing too much on educating regular students in the absence of interest in the 16% at the top and the 16% at the bottom of those with special education. The lack of purposeful response from schools and education systems to the humanitarian and educational needs of these students and their natural rights to learn and build a future that suits them, which they have lost due to the collective and errors of the school process.. is a grave sin in the goals and responsibilities of national education that must be avoided without delay.

• Shifting its educational priorities from teaching knowledge for the sake of knowledge and memory to teaching values and thinking skills, dialogue and exchange of constructive opinions, civil work, and conscious decision-making in self-management in the twenty-first century, such as: self-learning, self-management, renewal and continuous learning, human communication, joint independence, cooperation and contribution to responsibility, critical thinking, and creativity where required.

The effective alternative to avoid most of the school and school learning shortcomings and to transform the school into an institution for building young people without failure and wasting their lives and future with unified collective programs, is to adopt the vision of “learning and building the future is a natural right for every individual” in this educational work. The serious scientific application of this “vision” is enough to enable learners, society and social institutions to achieve the goals they aspire to in the 21st century.,

Therefore, the book came in three axes, where:

1) Providing families, school leaders and teachers with cultural knowledge in the concepts and activities of possible learning for adults and youth, including building the national and foreign language at childhood, available areas of achievement, and effective educational institutions for learning and building the future from kindergarten and primary school to university (the first section).

2) Providing teachers with principles and strategies for stimulating learning, so that they can identify learners’ problems and characteristics, then respond with appropriate means and procedures that benefit their learning, accelerate it and raise its productivity (the second section).
