ABSTRACT

Achievement and learning are two sides of the same coin. Whenever one occurs, we automatically assume that the other will inevitably occur under normal conditions of the human brain. Achievement, in all cases, is a direct result of learning. Learning that produces achievement is, psychologically, a biochemical increase in the encoded neural signals that cross brain cells according to their various specializations.

An increase in learning does not mean a corresponding increase in the weight of the human brain. Rather, what increases are the information codes that neural signals tirelessly deposit in the brain’s short- and long-term memory, just as computers do.

For learning and achievement to succeed in achieving the intended knowledge, values, and skills in learners, they must be well managed by the learners themselves, followed by the family and school. In this context, the book presents ten units:

1. Introduction to Learning and Achievement Management

2. Effective Family Environments for Learning and Achievement

3. Preparing the School Environment for Successful Learning

4. Accelerating Student Learning

5. Learning Excellence – A Psycho-Educational Strategy for Managing Learning and Teaching

6. Managing Academic Achievement by Family and School

7. Rehabilitating Learning and Excellence with Private Tutoring

8. Homeschooling for Student Children

9. Managing Student Children’s Daily Priorities

10. Re-Learning for Student Children in the School Classroom
