ABSTRACT
With the great importance of the family for the advancement and stability of children and social life, the Internet and contemporary information and entertainment technology have spread, to play two contradictory roles:
* Positive civilizational by providing an unlimited amount of useful knowledge, experiences and skills.
* Then negative by presenting a huge amount of information and experiences harmful to the awareness and morals of children and to the stability and advancement of society.
