ABSTRACT
This kit consists of three tools for measuring social behavior and personality, called the Psychosocial Health Profile (26 pages), a clinical guide for analyzing and interpreting behavioral measurement results (103 pages), and a field guide for applying the profile tools to individuals in school, occupational, or social settings (29 pages).
The profile is administered to individuals with behavioral problems or those selected for specific responsibilities or jobs. The behavioral or occupational specialist within the institution then analyzes and interprets the behavioral data using clinical evidence, ultimately diagnosing the individual’s current condition for the purpose of: correcting and treating the individual for the better, or making an appropriate employment or non-employment decision.
We hope that the Scout Group will assist behavioral modification specialists in schools, behavioral clinics, juvenile centers or correctional facilities, guidance and counseling departments, and prisons, as well as families and officials in public and private institutions, in their work to improve human behavior and enable them to fulfill the requirements of their normal civic roles in daily life, as well as other official occupational and professional roles in both the public and private spheres.
