ABSTRACT
The most dangerous and destructive individuals to family life, school, institutions, and human relationships are opportunists.
They are constantly preoccupied with themselves and their own interests. They seek, through immoral and devious means, through maneuvering, cunning, lying, and deception, to exploit everything to achieve their goals, with almost no consideration for the desires, needs, and interests of others.
In light of the economic, political, security, health, and service-related hardships facing societies these days, opportunists unfortunately constitute a widespread deviant phenomenon at both the official and popular levels. This requires clinical treatment in behavioral and psychological treatment centers before they return to society and civil society. The current scale provides a practical scientific tool for diagnosing opportunists and correcting their membership as school students and active adults in society.
